For authors
Clinical Nexus Journal combines structured scientific assessment, complete editorial preparation and a clinical knowledge environment intended to make reliable medical information easier to publish, consult and use.
This process is a structured automated editorial assessment, not independent human peer review. It improves consistency and transparency but cannot certify truth, originality or absence of misconduct. Authors remain responsible for the accuracy of their data, authorship, permissions, ethical compliance and the approved version.
CNJ is designed as a scientific knowledge environment for clinicians and researchers, connecting published articles with tools that make trustworthy information easier to retrieve and apply.
A clinical consultation assistant grounded in the complete validated texts of published CNJ articles. It identifies the sources used and asks permission before researching outside the trusted collection.
Eligible users may upload trusted books, articles and documents, while professional collectives maintain shared selections. Every upload enters the controlled CNJ master catalogue, remains distinct from the journal's validated corpus and is available only to the uploader unless Editorial Office assigns it to another authorised user or collective.
A private browser-based tool that reviews the documentary completeness and internal congruence of medical reports, assigns a structured score and identifies sections requiring improvement without sending or storing the report content.
Reports original clinical or health-science research with a clearly defined question, methods, results and interpretation.
Presents a clinically instructive case and explains its diagnostic, therapeutic or practice relevance.
Describes a reproducible operative or procedural approach with its rationale and practical considerations.
Synthesises and critically interprets evidence relevant to clinical practice.
Communicates a focused finding, preliminary result or concise clinical contribution.
The original files are registered and preserved. Compatible content is read without requiring the author to rebuild the article in a form.
Methodology, reporting, data consistency, ethics, privacy, references and clinical caution are assessed using design-appropriate criteria.
Safe improvements are applied directly and a complete CNJ-formatted DOCX and PDF are created with only unresolved questions highlighted.
The author approves the prepared version or edits it. An edited version starts a new complete preparation round rather than a partial check.
After final readiness checks and explicit author approval, the article is published automatically in the same CNJ visual and structural standard.
About the journal
Scope, governance and editorial-policy information for readers and authors.
Clinical Nexus Journal provides a multidisciplinary venue for clinically relevant original research, clinical cases, surgical techniques, review articles and brief communications. The journal is designed to connect evidence, clinical reasoning and practical care across medical, surgical and health-science specialties.
The names, roles, affiliations and declarations of the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board will be published only after appointments have been formally confirmed.
Clinical Nexus Journal does not use the conventional cycle of anonymous reviewer reports and author-led rewriting. Every submission instead receives a structured automated scientific assessment focused on methodology, reporting completeness, internal consistency, ethical and privacy requirements, clinical safety, references and proportionate interpretation.
The journal applies all scientifically safe improvements directly and produces a complete editable author proof in the standard CNJ structure. Claims and references may be verified against identifiable peer-reviewed literature, professional guidelines, regulators and authoritative public-health sources. Information that cannot be established safely is never invented: it becomes a precise author query at the relevant location.
The corresponding author may approve the prepared version or edit it and upload it again. Each new upload starts a complete new assessment. Publication requires complete metadata, resolved scientific and ethical issues, a passed readiness check and explicit author approval.
This is structured automated editorial assessment, not independent human peer review. Authors retain responsibility for data accuracy, originality, authorship, ethical approval, consent, conflicts, permissions and clinical safety.
A formal policy covering authorship, duplicate publication, plagiarism, research misconduct, conflicts of interest, informed consent, human and animal research, data integrity and complaint handling must be approved before launch.
Authors should follow applicable institutional and legal requirements and consult the ICMJE Recommendations. The final journal policy should also align with the COPE guidance.
The access model, reuse licence, copyright terms, archiving policy and any author charges have not been entered into the journal system. These details must be confirmed before they are presented as journal policy.
The public catalogue does not yet store correction, retraction or article-version metadata. A formal process and visible version-of-record notices should be added with the corresponding backend fields.
The journal uses AI for editorial assessment, language and structural recommendations, and publication preparation. Authors must disclose material AI-assisted writing, image generation or data analysis. AI systems must not be listed as authors.

Apply the journal eISSN to every published record, preserve the DOI already registered as 0001, and register the remaining and future articles through a controlled queue.
All published articles are rebuilt from their original published files using the approved pilot: one logo in the header, consistent typography, section headings, tables, figures and footer. Original scientific content, authors, DOI, eISSN, article number and publication date are preserved. Future publications use this same format.
Manage Basic, Reports, Premium, Platinum and Unlimited profiles, monthly allowances, report-evaluation activity, personal-library storage and estimated processing cost.
Every Published article is indexed from its canonical full-text file. Drafts, title pages and editorial files are excluded.
General totals only. Per-user detail is integrated into User management. Clinical question text is never stored.
Create and manage single-use or reusable registration codes. Codes can be linked to a collective and can have no expiration date. Every generated code is verified as unique before it is stored.
Edit settings: keeps the same code value but can change its level, collective, reuse, expiration, label and status. Level and code-linked collective can also be propagated to users who already registered with it; future registrations always use the saved settings. Flyer and email: active codes generated with the current server version show both actions in the final column. For a “Legacy code”, use Create flyer-ready replacement.
